This is Paul Dunning, Residential Leasing Agent for Arthur Kowitz Realty.  He has been a valued employee of our property management team since 2005. Respectful, energetic, always professional Paul's insiteful marketing ability, persistence and "can do" attitude have proven valuable tools which make him like no other agent. 

We manage and maintain over 700 rental properties.  We have been in the property management business since 1990.  We manage everything from very small studio apartments to 2500 square feet executive homes.  Our philosophy is there is a "butt for every seat".
